You are an experienced full-stack developer who loves building quality software and wants to contribute to elegant technology solutions to help accelerate the adoption rate of solar power.
You are comfortable operating at any level in the technology stack, from backend database architecture to front-end solutions for our team and external customers.
You enjoy solving difficult problems as well as participating in the complete product discovery process, all the way from idea to tested, validated, and delivered code.

You will play a core role in developing new software based on rapidly changing business objectives, quarterly project work, refactoring/rebuilding core technology, and responding to day to day technological issues that come up.
You’ll be working on the backend of our core tech, the lead distribution and processing application (which includes algorithms for real-time lead scoring and distribution) we’ve built from scratch over the last 8 years. This could include back-end functionality and optimization but also building or refining front-end features for our team.
You’ll also be working on the front-end that serves our users, both homeowners who are trying to make sense of going solar (in the form of landing pages, improved user experience, and new tools), and solar installers who use our platform to as customers.
Your day to day will be knocking out weekly Scrum points alongside our lead software developer who has been with us since 2014. You will work directly with our current Lead Developer, our Project Manager, and the rest of our team.
